Guest queen cabin on Aoibh Guest queen cabin on Aoibh

Aoibh is a 54′, 2014 Fountaine Pajot accommodating 8 guests in one master cabin and 3 VIP cabins all with en suite facilities

Yacht is pronounced EVE, based on an Irish Childrens fable! Twin boat to LIR. so perfect for tandem charters.

I love the fairy tail connections and soft muted colors on board the yacht.

They have SCUBA gear on board, they will do certified or DSD, casual, it is included in rates.

Crew

Your crew for Aoibh! Your crew for Aoibh!

Captain: Ivan Draper: Ivan was born and grew up in London, UK. Being an active sportsman he was not one for sitting on the beach! Having watched the yachts being moored one day on a short holiday in Simi, he decided to take up sailing. He got qualified and used to charter in the Caribbean, Greece and Turkey three or four times a year. He has now been sailing for some 26 years, 8 as a Commercially Endorsed Ocean Yachtmaster and professional skipper, both for charter and delivery. He has skippered both monohulls and catamarans in a variety of sea areas, from the Med to the English Channel, Gibraltar, Canaries, Azores, the Caribbean Islands and the Australian Whitsunday Islands. He has also made several Atlantic crossings, both ways. He now has over 60k nautical miles at sea.

Chef: Chrissy Draper: Chrissy was born in London but spent the first 20 years of her life growing up in Scotland, originally qualifying as a hairdresser. She also spent time working as a fishmonger! She moved back south to London in the mid seventies, and then in 2002 Ivan introduced her to sailing in the BVl’s. Good ploy really as you are not going to dislike sailing if you are in the BVl’s. She fell in love with it and now has as much passion for it as she has for cooking sumptuous food.

Nathan is from South Africa, he is passionate about the charter industry, sailing and ensuring his guests enjoy a most memorable time aboard. He believes a professional crew should have both a strong work ethic and excellent team membership skills. In addition to his first -rate guest services and mate duties, Nathan is more than happy to assist throughout the yacht

Here are some pictures I took at the 2015 Antigua yacht Show 🙂
